This retreat is a gathering for our LPs and close network. We are bringing together a select group of founders, operators, and investors in Carmel Valley for a series of small, focused sessions and shared experiences designed to spark the kind of candid conversation and perspective unique to Pinegrove.

Pinegrove's LP Retreat will take place at Bernardus Lodge & Spa in Carmel Valley, California. Surrounded by vineyards, gardens, and rolling hills, the property offers a quiet, unhurried setting for and the kind of experiences only this part of California can offer.

TRAVEL

Guests should plan to arrive on October 26 and depart on October 28.

The closest airport is Monterey Regional Airport (MRY), just 20 minutes from the property. San Jose (SJC) and San Francisco (SFO) are also convenient options, located approximately 1–2 hours away.

Rideshare services, private car options, and rental cars are all available from nearby airports.

  • We have secured a room block at Bernardus Lodge & Spa. Once you RSVP, you will receive a dedicated booking link with preferred rates and availability.

  • Yes — guests are responsible for booking their own accommodations using the provided link.

  • We recommend the following options:

    • Monterey Regional Airport (MRY) — approximately 20 minutes to Bernardus Lodge & Spa

    • San Jose International Airport (SJC) — approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes

    • San Francisco International Airport (SFO) — approximately 2 hours

  • Attendees are expected to arrange their own transportation to and from the event. Parking is available on-site for guests who choose to rent a car.

On-Site Details

  • California coastal — relaxed but polished. Think elevated casual during the day and smart casual in the evenings.

  • We recommend layers for varying temperatures, comfortable shoes, and any attire needed for selected activities.

  • Yes, complimentary Wi-Fi will be available throughout the property.
